Gonzo ready to join the "what's wrong with her" WTA thread as he DFs on set point for a bagel by Soderling.

Soderling sure knows how to hand out some beatdowns every once in a while.

To even put Gonzo's shorts in the same category as Nadal is a serious insult. I mean, they're a bit awkward looking, but come on !

Bagel coming up? 30-40

Ok, point taken. But they are bad, and how difficult is it to get a pair of black shorts to look ok?

They have that ugly white pattern on the back and they are wierdly cut, too short for a start. No wonder Gonzo is off the pace.

They are way too short!! He looks like he has a permanent wedgie. He's wishing he could do a Nadal buttpick instead of playing. And yeah, that white thing needs to go.

Why? They are tennis strokes with which one player hits the ball, uncontested, past the other. You might as well claim forehand winners or drop shots "don't count."

That's why they have the Aces statistics and should not be included as "winners" and forced errors should not be included in the "unforced errors" statistics but that's just my opinion.

forehands, backhands, dropshots and lobs that opponents cannot reach should be the only winners that counts.

Forget about "winners". If things keep like this stats nuts are having to start to tally the "wincers" to evaluate the quality of a match.

Today is a great day for fans of ball bashers. These 4 guys are gonna be letting it rip from the opening game. This is a push free zone we are about to enter. Lots of winners and even more errors are in the forecast, with a slight chance of rain. :(

Berdych over Hot Sauce in 3 sets.
Soderling over Headbanger in straight sets.
