microgel extreme pro MP replacement?

hey guys, how are you? im again and again trying to find a racquet that suits me.. while for a long time i was a pc600 user.. about 3 years ago i switched to the tgk 260.4 and also microgel radical MP.. however late last year i actually played with the microgel extreme pro and somehow the free power i get from that racquet is insane!!! however i really hated the shape of the head (the inverted tear drop shape) and is used to an oval shape in the radicals and prestiges.. ive also tried babolat pure drive, aero and pro kennex ki5? before and i dont think they're my cup of tea either..

for those who are familiar with the characteristics of the microgel extreme pro... is there any alternative racquets out there that plays with similar characteristics that has an oval shape? thanks
 
I would definitely try out the new Pure Strike 98 16x19, has the nice blend of free power but without sacrificing control. If you want a little more weight/SW overall, I would get the Tour version which has the same string pattern. That series alone has similar beam structure as the current Radicals, which are oval.
 
The Yonex Ezone 98 and/or 100 are nice ones to try out too. I heard great things about them, especially being plush with easy power.
 
i heard great things about the yonexes too.. but again the isometric headshape isnt my cup of tea.. i should try babolat pure strike.. how are the current g360 radicals and prestiges?
 
The G360 Extremes are nice. Powerful and comfortable. The new G360+ Extremes are due this year. Late July has been mentioned on here.
 
Yeah but im guessing the mould of the g360 never changed from the microgel? Meaning the inverted teardrop shape? (Wider at the top of the oval).. i havent heard much talked about the instinct.. is it a nice racquet? The colour does look really nice though

The mould has changed. It changed shape with the G360 range.

^^^ This. I've been playing with the Pro version last week and the power is insane. I just need to tame the beast :p

Having demo the Yonex Ezone 98, it was not my cup of tea.

I use the MP as I had elbow issues in the past and needed a lighter racket. That said I will demo both the Pro & Tour along with the MP to see if I want to change or not.

I haven’t tried the any of the new G360 Radicals, but I did try the new g360+ Prestige which I loved! The comfort of the new Prestige is great, yet the feel is close to the YTIG imo. If I remember correctly, the Radical mould haven’t changed since the OG Graphene Radical from 2014. Just the layups/tech.
