He needs to call on that law & order dude, detective Stabler or a lead CSI to find the real truth. Ooops America doesn't rule the world. It just sends them funds if they have catastophic accidents and wars.
 
Brooksby said that he was sitting in his hotel room waiting for the tester, but he never showed. It's his word against the tester's. Brooksby accepted that the ban would be over by the time he could appeal and win, so he underwent two wrist surgeries.

It does seem intrusive to have these annoying WADA snitches following the players all around the planet. Should we even care who’s doping. This was his third missed whereabouts violation within 12 months. The third he challenged placing the blame on his agent (much like Dopapova served up her agent*** :sneaky:) for not updating his location. This doesn’t work. Please review paragraph 148 and the second sentence of paragraph 151 of the CAS decision where they make this clear. And so goes the case.

***Ymer lawyer is the same that represented Pova and Halep so I guess that’s a goto strategy. 8-B


More importantly, why do the French have to have their own name for CAS? This is not China or India it’s a tiny country. Why not have an alternative name in Mandarin? We don’t humor the English like this. Is it because the French make good cheese? I actually prefer Italian cheeses but we don’t have an Italian equivalent name for every international institution. What is your favorite cheese?

Yes but Brooksby is American so saying he got some kind of special treatment makes a much better story. Also, Brooksby still has the potential to have an actual successful career in pro tennis as opposed to the Ymer Bros traveling circus.

It has no relation to cheese making? Do you have a favorite cheese? I remember where I was when I learned that American Cheese is not even cheese. That was shocking news to me. I still enjoy it on a burger, whatever it is.
 
I hadn’t noticed - and haven’t seen it discussed - that Ymer is back. His ranking is 650, but he has been playing lower-level events all year and is in the draw for Bastad this week. Evidently he came out of retirement as soon as he could.
