I’m pleased you are so focused on achieving a just result. I didn’t follow this case but if you can avoid a random test until the next day or later will that enable a doper to defeat the test? And what’s the point of the whereabout system if you can take a pass. Maybe I’ll be there and you can test or maybe you have to come back? Will you be providing accommodations, meals and entertainment for WADA inspectors waiting around with the new whereabouts or maybe not system.
It does seem intrusive to have these annoying WADA snitches following the players all around the planet. Should we even care who’s doping. I feel like most of MugGen could be sky high on prohibited substances and Eggvax will still smoke them. In any case, whining about the injustice of the rules is not a good defense.
This was his third missed whereabouts violation within 12 months. The third he challenged placing the blame on his agent (much like Dopapova served up her agent***

) for not updating his location. This doesn’t work. Please review paragraph 148 and the second sentence of paragraph 151 of the CAS decision where they make this clear. And so goes the case.
***Ymer lawyer is the same that represented Pova and Halep so I guess that’s a goto strategy.
More importantly, why do the French have to have their own name for CAS? This is not China or India it’s a tiny country. Why not have an alternative name in Mandarin? We don’t humor the English like this. Is it because the French make good cheese? I actually prefer Italian cheeses but we don’t have an Italian equivalent name for every international institution. What is your favorite cheese?
