Mike Tyson and Rafael Nadal Share This in Common. Can You Guess What It Is?

In early 1990 Iron Mike Tyson was the undisputed and undefeated heavyweight champion of the world.

Known for his ferocious punching power and ability to knock out a fighter with a single blow (as was showcased in his fight against Carl "The Truth" Williams) Kid Dynamite had set the boxing world on fire when he knocked out Trevor Berbick to become the youngest ever heavyweight champion.

Tyson would remain undefeated for the rest of the 1980s.

But in February of 1990 he would face off against the unheralded James "Buster" Douglass. Who was given virtually no chance against Tyson.

The fight was held in Tokyo, Japan and much to the amazement of the Japanese crowd, and everyone else, Douglass would pull off one of the biggest upsets in boxing history by knocking out Mike Tyson in the 10th round. Thus ending Iron Mike's undefeated legacy.

I noticed that Mike Tyson and Rafael Nadal both shared the unique distinction as being among the greatest of all time in their respective sports.

Dominating in a way that few people would have even thought possible.

They also share one other distinction, which I will be sharing in my next video.

Tyson's reach is too small, and Foreman hit harder, plus nobody ever knocked Foreman out (except for Ali, but that was just tiredness from rope-a-dope).

Prime-for-prime, I would say Big George is a huge favourite.

Just a bad matchup. Would have been like the Foreman Frazier fight.

Nah, Foreman was shorter than the Klitschko brothers and Lennox Lewis, but he'd eat them for breakfast.

Prime-for-prime, I would say Big George is a huge favourite.

It's closer matchup than people think imo. Frazier was a more hittable than Tyson and not quite as quick to get in range so Foreman was able to just shove Frazier off and hit him easily everytime he got close.
