What a difference one year can make. Anyone think Milos will have a good season next year? Personally I think he can have a good year, much like 2016 coming back from injury in 2015, but only if he stays injury free. Anyone else have an idea?

He's been really off and on this year even when fit enough to play and it's anyones guess how well he can do next year but Wimbledon is still well within his grasp IMO. Federer and Murray are obviously still the main 2 to look out for but assuming he's healthy, he easily should be making top 10 and maybe even top 5 next year.

A time-travelling Milos Raonic!

Was there a rip in the space time continuum that caused him to turn up in 日本 a few weeks ago without the gel in his hair?

He looked different and good! And then got injured again

I hope the eccentric big man re-joins the top 10 again in 2018. He is very different style of person from the average tennis jocks and provides a different style of character on court.

He's 27 and has one 500 title for his career.

Nobody should care. As a Canadian there's 3 younger more promising guys coming up for this country.

Milos had one moment of glory in 2016 when Rafa and Roger were injured, allowing him to somehow finish as no.3 and reach a major final.

Next year I think he will be a perennial top 10 player, but not more than that. He is vulnerable not only to the Big 4 and Wawrinka, but also to the younger guys too. He almost lost to Zverev this year. Once Zverev matures a bit more, he will own Milos.

If healthy, then a slam is possible.

Top 8, Slam SF and and a Masters final is the lower end of my prediction.

Top 4, Slam Final and Masters title would be no surprise.

Maybe he will get one Grand Slam SF at Wimbledon if playing well.
I expect him to win at least one title. Brisbane maybe?

I don't see a slam in his future.

I think he can win Wimbledon but he will have to return lights out. he has to play this Sampras like tennis to win majors. Meaning hold all of his serves and break just once per match. but he seem to have difficult time breaking serve against top 5 players.

I don't think you know what "perennial" means ;)

If he continues to put the work in, then I hope he gets duly rewarded at some point. Boring personality or not, the guy keeps soldiering on every time he gets hit with a setback, and I can respect the hell out of that.
