New shoes by mizuno gettin rave reviews such as BEST shoe of the year or possibly BEST performance shoe ever made. This seem like shoes that might be liked by every serioius player, weight is in low 14 oz range with great to GOAT like cushioning and support. Price point isn't bad either. i can't wait to try this one. Never tried Mizuno shoes before but this one is definitely one that should be tried.

Current Wave Exceed Tour 5 user here, there's Energy at the heel and it's quite comfortable. for such a light shoe, the cushioning felt the same as Court FF2. If GP Turbo is 10, I say Wave Exceed Tour 5 is a 7 (don't think it has that same Energy stuff in the forefoot tho).
That's the good part.. from the reiview videos,, there is much more cushioning this time in the forefoot as well with this new enforce tour. they said it puts ton of energy on your 1st step while helping you be on your toes which in turn makes you much faster player

I hope they have a 6 months outsoles warranty.

I noticed the warranty isn't mentioned in the description for the wave exceed tour 5 on the EU TW site.

It will be availabe in USA soon, but traditionally Mizuno hasn't offered warranties on their shoes in the past. its not that expensive, just work part time and get a new pair every 3 months
Wave exceed tour 5 has a 6 month warranty. I've had 3 free pairs so far. With my son's team discount (30%), each pair ends up less than $50. It takes me about 4-5 months to wear out (playing a couple times per week), but he just wore his last pair out in 1 month!

In Europe there’s no such thing as shoe warranty. I play on clay so shoes last longer, but if I were to play on HC, it surely would be an issue. Those Mizuno look great, I hav 2 brand new lotto raptor hyperpulse waiting, but I’ll be interested to try. Mizuno make great shoes.

think about the trade off. your son and you will be faster and move better with this shoes on. there is no money you can put on that

Sweet, thanks Michelle. Easy purchase for me then.

6 month guarantee is a huge plus and I can compare it to the Gel Res 8s, FF 2, FF 3 novaks.

I doubt we'll see U.S. guarantees in a few years so let's enjoy it while we can. :)

Just some more info for everyone, this shoe launches on the 14th!
And they will come with a 6-month oustole durability guarantee in the US (Europe almost NEVER ever has guarantee on their shoes).

Some of us are currently testing them and so far so good...!

Thank you Michelle! I’m pumped for this release! And a durability guarantee!? Amazing

Keep in mind that Mizumo sizing is different than other brands. So 31 cm,my size is US 13,UK12,Europe 47.
Thanks for the heads-up, I would not have noticed.

According to Mizuno's sizing chart on their retail website, I'm a US 11, UK 10, 44.5 Euro based on toe to back of heel measurements.

Seems like they run 2.5 from TTS for me...this doesn't seem right. I didn't see any notes or specific sizing details on TW Europe aside from generous width.

Foot Doc Zach suggested TTS or 0.5 size down for a narrow performance fit so I'm a bit confused.

The last 10 years at least Nike US 13 is 47.5.That chart is from a south Africa shop.I guess they have their own chart...
I don't know how US12 can = EU46 but US13 = EU47.5
Each size is supposed to come out to 1cm of difference so that is really odd that Nike would do that. I do not remember it being like this in the past

Got mine on in my office right now, and these are coommmfy. Not QUITE Nike GP Turbo comfy, but it's pretty dang close. Feels quite stable, too. I usually do runners knot on my shoes these days, but I feel good enough that I could go out and play with a normal tight tiedown. However, these are walking around office impressions only, lol. I'll have them on court tonight. Doing hard cuts while turning in hallways can only tell you so much. Getting good burst and confidently pushing off as I change directions while picking up papers from the copy machine. Lmao.

@d-quik this impulse buy was for you, bro. Hadn't done it in a while.
