monogut vs. ballistic

can anyone who played with both compare them? will hybrid with forten sweet or og sheep micro. i'm mostly looking for tension maintenance and playability

Those 2 string are not the same thing. The monogut is soft and the ballistic is very stiff. The monogut play well but lose his tension fast. The ballistic hold the tension better. Hope that help.

Played with both with sweet in the crosses. Ballistic had no feel and was hard on the arm. Polgut was a nice playable poly at a great price.
