I would rather have seen tstsipas in the final at this rate. no chance Musetti makes this competitive beyond the first 3 games due to his court time
Tsitsipas is a disgrace, we should no longer have hope in him.I would rather have seen tstsipas in the final at this rate. no chance Musetti makes this competitive beyond the first 3 games due to his court time
Carlitos kinda needs the victory in order to build confidence ahead what is coming over the next months. This could increase Lorenzos chances. Lets see how Carlos manages anxiety tomorrow.
Oof, since their Hamburg encounter in 2022, Musetti hasn’t pushed a set past 3 games. All 6-2s and 6-3s. Only one of those matches was on clay, though.I hope Lorenzo wins it but it's very unlikely. Their last encounters on clay have been so one sided.
Tsitsipas peaked in 2019. He's long time gone.I would rather have seen tstsipas in the final at this rate. no chance Musetti makes this competitive beyond the first 3 games due to his court time
You know I want Musetti to win. But I feel Carlos is just too aggressive to lose. But Musetti has a chance. Ill go with Carlos in 3 but im rooting for Musetti.

Alcaraz won the last three matches vs Musetti. Musetti has a win on clay in 2022.
sounds very Musett-ian...Musetti lost the first set.
wasn't the scoreline 64 67 64?Also, that 2022 match on clay was a Final, and Musetti lost the first set.

Its Musetti....Its Alcaraz....

Musetti 7-5 0-6 7-6The big showdown is now set.
Can Lorenzo continue his dream, does he have what it takes to stop the ascension of Alcaraz into the dynasty of clay immortals?

The explosive showdown is up next, on Dragon Ball Z!!!

Musetti in three.
Depends on if his legs are there, to some degree. It's either this or he lays an egg in two meek sets, like 3/2
Trying to temper my hopes here

He's 23, he should be fine.Depends on if his legs are there, to some degree.
Shades of the Draper match, no?Musetti 7-5 0-6 7-6
had some pretty consistent results of late. i remember seeing some highlights when he first came on the scene a couple of years ago and thinking he could be really interesting...then saw the hitch in the forehand, wasn't serving great for a while...but he's clearly finding consistent form and importantly representing the 1hbh, big props for keeping the torch lit.Musetti is showing what he can do when Djoko does not show up to their meetings
Yes, if the stars align.. winning tomorrow would be a big step forward if his legs permit.had some pretty consistent results of late. i remember seeing some highlights when he first came on the scene a couple of years ago and thinking he could be really interesting...then saw the hitch in the forehand, wasn't serving great for a while...but he's clearly finding consistent form and importantly representing the 1hbh, big props for keeping the torch lit.
anyone think he could sneak in a major at some point in his career?
Same here. Alcaraz is my favorite player but it's hard to root against Musetti. I want Carlos to get his confidence back with this title but Musetti needs it more. I just hope both put on a good show, hopefully Musetti has some reserves left in the gas tank.I kinda want them both to win.
This feels like a Monte Carlo final worthy match.
