the ferrero-tursunov match might be a little more under the radar then it should be...
i just did my picks for fantasy, it took me a while, but im excited, im glad its free now.
roddick not playin this 1....?
erm....im confused...roddick pulled out?
and wheres simon gruel is he not ranked high enough? and how did he get in the nasdaq? qualifying or LL
yeah, i'm asking too ,where is Roddick.
Greul??? you kiddin...
SAFIN NADAL! About tiime!
im looking forward to a davydenko/ ljubicic or andreev quarters
and Haas/ federer matchup
nadal/coria quaters would be great
im seeing nalbandian making it to at least the quaters maybe agianst gaudio, buti doubt gaudio will last that far
Roddick isn't playing Monte Carlo - he only just finished the Houston tourny with his defeat against Haas so his first stop in Europe is ATP Masters Rome on May 8th and then ATP Masters Hamburg on May 15th.
Why isn't Hewitt playing? You'd think he would want all of the points he could get considering he has nothing to defend...
Those are greeeat 1st round matches!!!
This is one heck of an excititing tourney!!!
We could see upsets so nothing is a giving.I am interested in how Roger will fare, if he will do anything different.
I think Haas will lose early.I have Grosjean in the 4th round.
The yanks couldn't get visas??? Not a single one in the whole tourney. This is as bad as the Spaniards "boycotting" Wimbledon the other year.
wow, moya - feña, thats an exciting match!!!
Possible 2nd Rd match up between Fed and Dr. Ivo. If it happens, Dr. Ivo won't have that much of a advantage with his serve since it's on clay. Can anyone tell me how slow the clay is here at Monte Carlo?
ARe they gonna air this tournament?
Only TTC. Damn you ESPN!!!!!!!
Murray v lisnard should beat him comon murray
wait...so why isnt gasquet playing again?
Where the hell is Gasquet??????
lol, gasquet is not playing, im not even gonna bother watching
truth. I am pissed. I couldnt wait to watch gasquet at monte carlo this year.
who's playing doubles? Is there a doubles draw out?
Splink, yes it is about time but Safin has to go through Coria. That would be a good one too.
Hmmm...a potential Coria-Safin in the 2nd... can't wait!
Nadal should have an easy path...he'll run into the winner of Coria-Safin match but both of them aren't at their peak right now...so Rafa should pass that easily. Fed and Nadal both "escaped" meeting Gaudio,Nalbandian,Moya, Ferrer and the rest of the claycourt bunch till QF or SF.
Ljubicic has an rather easy draw on clay till QF..this might be his chance of actually passing round 1 on clay
Gasquet is injured. He pulled a stomach muscle during his Davis Cup match and has been told to stay off court for 10 days.
My most wanted matches in 2nd:
Tennis at its best
yea im not watching if gasquet is out...then again, my 2nd favorite player is safin...
Damnit gasquet was my first pick on fantasy for this tournament.
****, I have a feeling Nadal is gonna lose to Clement again...I better take him off my team.
Nadal has two obstacles before the final - Safin and Coria. Federer has the challenge of losing to a random clay courter, something that is unlikely, but will definitely not happen to Nadal. I'm of course guessing for the year's second Nadal Federer match-up.
Oh yea, and I am sad that Gasquet is not there. But we still have Hamburg, where he should do well like last year.
No way in h*ll. Not again.
nadal will mos prob make it to the final and take it, but im sad that gasquet isnt playing,
ljubicic has to face andreev,
i dont see much challenge for federer besides haas,
COria/Safin is gonna be an amazing match,
but then again i said that about blake/Haas at indian wells and that match sucked....
Actually, it's Safin _or_ Coria.
I see, I didn't look carefully at the draw.
Dammit!!! No Gasquet... man I really enjoyed watching him tear through Monte Carlo last year too... oh well, hopefully Safin will give me a reason to watch. I'll probably just keep up with the scores (not going to my buddy's house to watch TTC if he isn't playing) this year.
Great to have posted the link at a time when the major ATP and Masters sites hadn't yet said an yota about the draw yet. Not sure in what business they are in.
ATP Tour site like turtle to do that.
give it to nadal already. give him rome and hamburg and paris too. i hate clay season cuz federer doesnt dominate, haha. like fed actually has a chance to beat nadal on his surface. nadal is healthy again unfortunately and fed could barely beat him on hardcourt, let alone the dirt.
Hold on, hold on, Fed has a very easy draw for a change, it's really a lucky break for him here. If Rafa has tough matches, he may either get hurt or at least tired, so Fed has a legit shot at the title here.
Haas is out, due to his wrist injury.
