Wow, nice stuff by Djokovic. From what I can see he's playing much better today.
Much better than the last two days but not really been tested against a tired looking opponent.

This is Monte-Carlo we're talking about. The edge is with Rafa until proven otherwise.

Until the final of course my dear veroniquem.
Djoko had better be ready to peak to face clay monster Fognini
See you there my friend

I'm already here. 8)
2nd set was a bit weird but... on to Fognini! Nice straight setter today.
I foresee a swift romp through the 2nd set. Unlucky Jarkko to catch Novak on a good day!
Exactly as predicted despite a few last minute wobbles from Djoko.
Ankle/schmankle, Djokovic is practically at full capacity, moving well and hitting well.
Should be another interesting encounter in the final between him and Rafa (does anyone SERIOUSLY think it won't be those two facing off against each other yet again come Sunday?).
Clarky. If all that stood between Nadal and the final was my grandmother (the one who died about 18 years ago) she would insist anyone beliveing Nadal will make the final is delusional. But I doubt she is really serious, so yeah maybe no-one thinks it will be anyone else.
Novankle holds on for the win. Bit shakey at the end but the better player on the day.
This ankle nonsense needs to stop now though, it's getting stupid. He really needs to shut up about it and tell his coach to stop making things up (dislocated foot yesterday, really?) Proper ankle injuries put you out for weeks, you don't simply play through them.
Oh the irony, the ****ing irony.
No it doesn't need to stop, Novak and his coach can say whatever they want to, get over it.
If anything it's nice to see Nadal and his fans getting a bit of their own medicine for once (the always injured warrior who prevails despite all odds, blah blah blah).
Yeah, you can't play through an ankle injury but you can play through broken foot, stomach tear and utterly dominate the CC season with injured knees.
Tendonitis in the knees (which was 8 months ago) is slightly different to an alleged dislocated bone in the foot and badly sprained ankle
the latter of which you wouldn't be able to walk on let alone play 3 more sets of tennis in the same match.
Absolute load of tosh. Novankle needs to stop make excuses, shut up about the (perfectly fine) ankle and let his tennis do the talking. Not look for excuses when he loses.

Tendonitis in the knees that doesn't prevent Nadal from making a mockery of the tour in CC season yet it's talked about all the time.
But you can reach a Wimbledon final with a broken foot no problem, right? How about reaching a USO SF with a stomach tear?
No he doesn't, Nadal doesn't have a monopoly over the injured warrior act and milking one's injuries for all its worth.
You've also taken it to a new level of non-stop bickering about it :???:

Novak's serve has been ass in this tournament.

It will improve tomorrow no doubt. 8)
Djoker wins the match with an injured ankel in Rafa's backyard. Imagine what a fully fit Djoker could do at RG? Rafa needs to pray for Djoker to land in Roger's half to do the job of taking him out ala 2011. Otherwise its going to be a nightmare for him this year.
Looks like Rafa will make Djokovic run that ankle into the ground, just like AustralianOpen2012 did to Nadal's knees. Revenge time.
Did you enjoy the revenge match?
