Congenital illness double fault at a crucial time? Complain about noise? whine about a line? Withdraw last year from a sore throat? Heat exhaustion? Pulled hamstring?

If you are a fan, I understand and won't bash him for bashing sake.

I just couldn't support any one like that.
I could. His health may be fragile but he has a lot of talent and claps for his opponents' good points which I find nice. As for double faulting, it can happen to anybody.

I am not a huge fan. I like him and a number of other players, Baghdatis for example, who show a human side when they play. But I also stand up for what I consider to be unfair comments about players. Whine about a line? Hope you are not a Murray fan because yesterday's line whining made everyone, including Davydenko, laugh. But Murray is a head case, so that was expected.

Stan seems to have dipped somewhat whilst Djkokovic is playing a bit more aggresively than the first set, bp for a double break

i cant support a poster who repeats trash talk like that. when exactly did your "sore throat" withdrawal occur?

hmmmmmmmmm??????????
______________
the rest is just hate speech because plenty of players complain about noise and line calls, heat exhaustion and pulled hamstrings

Why is it when people win the first set they start coasting... rather than jamming the pedal to the floor?

Oh, you are talking about the Federer tantrum. Got nothing to do with line calls though. Try again and a little harder or don't make more stupid comments.

It's clear that they made a line call from the stand and Federer shut them up.
Anyways, I didn't want to pi$$ somebody off. Sorry.

I have nothing against your boy, I just don't like his parents.

I think it's a mental thing, particularly if you're the underdog. Almost like, ah I've got a set under my belt, that's already better than I was expecting, and that then causes a dip in intensity which causes more errors and a loss of focus.

==

that was one of the worst leaves I've ever seen haha

this gives more informed detail. it seems he'd woken up with a sore throat each of a few days before the monte carlo masters match against fed, and this was related to dizziness he also had, and this made him withdraw.

so it's not quite *just a sore throat*, seems to be part of a wider problem he had. can see how the poster might have thought it was just a sore throat though.

I think you're correct... always what I've suspected, pretty much, too.

Very good set for novak, not so good for stan. Main reasons I think were Novak being much more aggressive, 2 more winners than the first set despite playing 3 less games and Stans consistancy waning.

1 set all, lets hope the level gets back up for the decider :3

Were you there? Your clip did not involve anyone, parents, siblings, friends, trainer, neighbors calling lines. Thats just a stupid comment. O.K.?

and Federer shut them up.
Federer did not shut anybody up. Yes he whined about noise but the appropriate step would have been for him to ask the ump to have the audience, yes audience, be quiet during points, serving, toweling off or whatever caused Federer's tantrum.

I have nothing against your boy,
Oh good. I will tell him that. It will make him feel really good.
I just don't like his parents.
Well his mother has passed away, so you must mean me. Oh, you are talking about Djokovic and you don't like his parents. Do you also hate his dog? How about his siblings? Are they O.K. or do you hate everything and anything associated with Djokovic. Thats just plain sick. You know that, don't you?

Stan must hold his first couple of service games I think, just to feel he's back in the match. Otherwise I see him making more and more errors and Novak settling down further.

OMG. You are ticking off like that over a few comments from a random message board poster??? Bitter much?

What a rally that was!!!

35 awesome shots which we can all quite happily discuss, rather than getting grumpy with each other about past incidents

OK... momentum back to Stan...

Come on Stan close this out so Nadal can wipe the clay with Murray

World number one Roger Federer reached the Monte Carlo Masters final when Serbian Novak Djokovic pulled out of their semi-final on Saturday.
""I didn't feel good for the last three days. I've been waking up with a sore throat," said Djokovic.

Đoković is a coward, hmmmmmm???
