In terms of groundstrokes, Yonex RDS 001 mid, Excellent control and monster spin.

In terms of Volley, KBT is my favourite.

I'm addicted to the feel of the RDX 500 Mid. There's just something about the feel that I love so much. It's a bad habit though because it's pretty demanding and low on power.

The sweetest set-up ever was Head PC600 with a Gosen Bio string of some kind at 2 pounds below mid-range. My runner-ups, racquet-wise, are the Estusa PBB and Völkl C10 Comp.

Dream of blocked holes and fresh CAP grommets with that PC600. Sure fire way to cure an addiction, eh?

My favorites, in order of preference:

1) Volkl C10 Pro 98. I finally have the game to use it properly, and there's no feeling in tennis like a cleanly-struck winner with this bad boy. There's nothing this frame doesn't do well, and for a feel player, it doesn't get any better.

2) Fox ATP Bronze. If the C10 didn't exist and I could find a stockpile of these, could easily use them as my everyday stick. Flexy, precise, generates impressive topspin given headsize. Nicest fit and finish I've ever seen on a tennis racquet.

3) POG OS single-stripe (no grommet, short pallet). HAS to be the best player's OS frame ever made. Addictive flex, tons of feel, and rock-solid stability. I'll never sell mine.

yup, I forgot to mention the TW Donnay Pro One int. That fits the bill of addicting to hit with. It is very very plush and soft. Really fun to swing at the ball with that one. Not sure I have ever played with another stick that hit like it. It was softer than my 200G for sure. Not as stable at net but man what a soft touch with that one.

Vantage 100" (see my specs below). Huge sweetspot, great feel & comfort, and a spin/control/power combo that is perfect for my game. I tried them all (much to my wife's dismay..) and this stick is the definition of "addicting" for me.

Out of the many racquets I've tried... the K90 and the Pure Storm Limited hands down.

The APD was fun to hit with when I felt like hittin like Nadal though :D

When I hit a few shots with an old Prestige, it feels like magic - so comfortable. Then, I play a set and can't wait to toss that thing in the trash.

I just hit with the prince 03 speedport tour, incredible racket head speed, every shot just lands in , even with the demo strings, the shots feel nice and all

Agreed on the speedport tour. I tried three other demos from TW. I saved this one for last (mainly cause it's out of my price range). Glad I did, cause I wouldn't have used any of the other had I started with it. Great head speed, good control, great spin. Only problem with it was that it seemed a bit too powerful for me, as most shots were either just one foot in from the baseline or two feet past the baseline. Very forgiving, too.

I will say, though, that was the first time I've tried any new racquets since 2004. So I can't comment on any of the other newer stuff out there now.

My ranking. After trying many frames, I choose the feeling of these three:

1st) Yonex RDX-500 Mid
2nd) Head Radical (Pro Tour 260)
3rd) Wilson KSix-One Tour 90

Still have the all of them, although I regularly use my K90s. I´ve found that (in my case), these three racquets set the benchmark for every new frame I demo.

I agree with your eloquent assessment of the Volkl C10 pro 98.

Wilson’s PS 6.0 95 is a close second for me.

Flex 54 (!!!), weight 365, head 95. That's Yonex RD7 (spin doctor). Very addicted feel.
But, when I need to win, I just take Babolat PD...

There are two .....

What racket to you just feels amazing everytime you crack the ball with it and provides a feeling more addicting than a drug? To me there is only one racket, and I have hit with just about every racket out there made in the past 4 years.

The Avery M3 Control and my Gamma G325's

I would have to say the old Head Graphite Edge series. It was addicting, and never have I used anything else since then that felt the same. I have tried many, but that one stands out.

Of the recent racquets, the TW Donnay Pro Number One is the closest. My game now no longer supports that kind of racquet though. The closest feel for my game now is the PK 5G - soft, yet with some power (although not much). But the feel is wonderful.

Many old school racquets had that addicting feel.

I have a few Wilson Reflex mids laying around and when I am on fire, nothing else compares. Even after the match I am smiling and still feeling the racquet nicely pocketing on my strings, asking me where I want it to land...

Of the recent racquets the Pro One Int'l MP has a rather addicting feel.

Its not on all shots but just on serve, the PDR just keeps gettin looks from me... I hate it on everything else but serving is just more fun (until I finally miss a 1st:twisted:)

Ive gotta say the dnx10 mid feel is addicting. Even though Ive contradicted this racquet, if youve seen my posts for not being solid enough for a mid/ not enough control, but its got unbelievable feel & touch. Plus on every shot you get a different feel. Sometimes more flexy, sometimes a bit sitff. I <3'd s&v'ing w/ it. I might buy one one day...

Also Apdc & of course, my holy grail racquet (in sig)
