Especially these polls. People vote what they want to happen. It has nothing to do with any type of analyses. I avoid them 98% of the time because it doesn't appear a lot of thought goes into them.

Lol!

A poll is a popularity (or reverse-popularity) contest, not reality. Please get that straight.

If we simply crunch the numbers (which is objective), Nadal's accomplishment was more impressive.

5000 points > 4500 points

haha, this reminds me of the Fedal argument.

You say 5000 > 4500, which is true. (Fedal slams 16>9) It is simple math.
Then someone objects : but he beat Nadal twice and Federer thrice (H2H argument Fedal 15>8) so it must be more impressive.
But Nole beat Rafa on his worst surface... we will see how he handles Rafa on his best surface...

Glad to see you face the ignorance, too :D

However, we're talking impressive, not who is ultimately better or who is the GOAT (which is a flawed concept as well). If you were to say that Federer's achievements have been more impressive than Nadal's thus far in both of their careers, I'm sure many would agree with that statement (regardless of Nadal's complete domination of Federer in their H2H).

So, you are comparing apples and oranges.

I agree

It is not a suitable comparison

3 masters series and 1 slam is greater than 2 masters series, 1 slam and 1 500 tournament.

6 sets dropped across the course of 4 events is less impressive than 2 sets dropped across 4.

Nadal wins. Pretty easily.

How are you going to compare sets when Nadal didn't even have to win as many matches as Djokovic did?
