AO +RG would have been a more common occurence in the last 15 years without Nadal.AO wasn't as prestigious pre 1990.
Yes, as you said Nadal is the reason for AO+RG being last. Not only because of his RG dominance but also because AO is his worst Slam of course, so he himself couldn’t add to this stat either.

And the other numbers are quite logical as well. On top are the hardcourt double and the (former) fastcourt double.
 
With the fast AO surface and the dry heat, it's Nadal's most disfavored condition. I heard that for 2020, they're going to slow it down and make it higher bouncing. That'll only help Rafa and would be so sweet to get his 20th slam tying Fed and also having a DCGS.

Why in the world will they slow it down again ? Honestly, I don't wanna see AO as slow as in 11-12 again.They should let the courts as in 2019, but change those ****ty balls.
