I think in ATP, Sam Querry is the most underrated player- he has all the skills and capacity to be Top 10, but he has a weak mentality IMO.
In WTA, I think Petrova should be in Top 10. I know she's like 13 now, but she is one of very few players who can play well against Williams or Sharapova, but she gets unlucky very often especiall in Grand Slams. She definitely deserves a Grand Slam title IMO.
