multi-filament string recommended for durability and feel?

I like NRG or NXT for my hybrid setting (Poly on the main and NRG,NXT on the cross). But problem is that it is worn out pretty quickly. I tried to change into Gosen CX Pro for the cross. It is awesome for durability. But i am not totally satisfied with its feel.

So, my question is
What kind of multi-filament string do you recommend for durability and feel? Any comment, appreciated!

Genesis Thunder Blast white is my favorite multifilament cross. It's cheaper than NRG or NXT as well.

i played with many multies like x-one, 850 pro, prince premier touch, power and others but the most of all i liked head fusion pwr.

it was the only string that it was not moving at spin.

also it has controled power and comfort.

Best multifilament

For a full bed of multifilament, nothing beats Babolat Xcel power. I use the 17g for my rackets (84 sq. in, 18x20).

For crosses in a hybrid set up, I thing using multi is a waste of money and not as durable as synthetic/nylon.

I would recommend a syngut cross, specifically Babolat Nvy. It's soft like a multi, but more durable and works great as a cross.

I string my own racquets and also string for friends pretty much by word of mouth. I string for the high school kids I coach, too. I don't deal with too much multi, but one of my girls tried some Tourna Quasi Gut this fall and it worked great for her. Before trying this string, she had been using Babolat Xcel. I'm not comparing the strings, but the Quasi Gut worked just as well for this young slugger.

Eventually I'll need to have more multi handy for this and that, so I'll be picking up a reel of Quasi Gut pretty soon. In a reel, the cost is less than $6.00 per set and this string seems to be much better than other inexpensive multis like Tecnifibre E-Matrix. That's some of the most fragile stuff I've ever sampled.

Dunlop Hexy Fiber or its equivalent Pro's Pro Hexmulti are great crosses for non-shaped poly mains. And they both come at good prices too. Dunlop offers 1.26 and 1.36 gauges. The Pro's Pro only comes in 1.36.

The most durable and playable multi that I have found was Wilson NXT control. Technifibre Multi Feel is.a close second.

We all have our favs. Mine are Multi Feel & PPC 16ga. both in hybrids and full bed.
Both have plenty of feel and last longer than most multi's. I used to use Forten Sweet in hybrids but these 2 multi's offer much better performance.

Gamma TNT2. It's more of a monofilament type string, but I like it better as a cross than any multi. It won't fray like a multi and it will last longer. For me it even plays better as a cross.

I was pleasantly surprised by Solinco TruFeel for durability and feel. I used it full-bed. It lasted surprisingly long -- for a multi -- for me. It has a soft (some might even say mushy) feel, which I like. I would say it feels similar to Gamma Professional.

Also agree on Gamma TNT2. Although it is not particularly soft, or durable, but it works well as a cross with poly. Better feel than any syn gut, and much better durability than other multis.

I guess it really depends on what feel you're looking for. Head RIP will late a lot longer and it's cheaper that your favorite strings. but you don't get a lot of feel from the crosses so you could try a less expensive multi like E-Matrix sold only by TW in 16 gauge. I agree with others though a syn gut would last longer. Also you could try string savers.
