TheShaun Hall of Fame Sep 7, 2008 #1 i normally do poly mains and syn/multi crosses with the mains tensioned lower than the crosses. if i put poly in the crosses do still tension it lower or now that it's in the crosses should i tension it higher than the multi?

Click to expand... tension it lower as it's a stiffer string. I have my multi/poly at 60/56 and it plays great. Just so long as it holds up for more than an hour!
