Tried 'every racquet under the sun' & landed on the EZone...Head didn't renew his contract so he went elsewhere given the free choice of any racquet
What i understood from the video:The story from Andy himself!

Yes, that's exactly what happened ;-)The story from Andy himself!
Well...now it seems like Jonas was right with his story and he deserves an apology since there were some comments about him creating clickbaits and talking crap...now you hear it from Andy himself. The story from Andy himself!

Am i the only one that thought his movement was the main issue in that match, rather than the racket?I watched Murray's match in Bordeaux online and it's obvious he's still adjusting to the new racquet. He appeared to be hesitant to really go after the shots with many of his balls landing short in the court (inside or just past the service line). He was sort of pushing the ball around the court. When he did swing out on the shots, he missed long/wide by a decent margin. He's got some work to do for sure in terms of dialing it in.
Youre not the only one.Am i the only one that thought his movement was the main issue in that match, rather than the racket?

You are probably among that handful of people involved in the switch since your company's label is clearly on Andy's frame. I get the secrecy and respect it, what I don't understand is the need to dismiss other people's commentsNo attitude, just a genuine question as it is not the greatest picture in regard to seeing whether there is lead or not. Even more so when making observations on how the lead had been applied. Not to worry, everything around this on here is pure speculation at this point, as there will only be a small handful of people who have been involved and know the details.
HEAD can make anything.
I guess it was all about the money.
Well, that's a shame. Money, money, money, yick
Because rather than provide insight or simply keep their mouths shut, they would rather dismiss and belittle everyone else’s comments to make it known they’re privy to info that we aren’t. And I’m referring to both of the pro stringers who’ve posted in this thread.what I don't understand is the need to dismiss other people's comments

Movement's always going to be suspect because of age and injury history at this stage in his career but he didn't seem so hesitant to swing with his previous racquets. It was clear that he was measuring his swing with these new racquets.Am i the only one that thought his movement was the main issue in that match, rather than the racket?
What 93 lol. A PT57A is a 98 when measured from the outside, 95 when measured conventionally. Murray never used anything below a 95.Funny thing is he changed from 95 (93 really) thin beam soft racket from 1993 to 100 si wide beam new model and its all based on reaserch and alot of testing.
I think he knows the best what racket he need to make his current game more effective
I suppose it’s a case of crying wolf, if one creates clickbaits and talks crap often enough no one will believe him, and Jonas does create clickbaits and talk crap often.Well...now it seems like Jonas was right with his story and he deserves an apology since there were some comments about him creating clickbaits and talking crap...now you hear it from Andy himself.
Well I can’t hide what’s in that picture. Equally, I can still respect the confidentiality around it, which I will. You are probably among that handful of people involved in the switch since your company's label is clearly on Andy's frame. Not sure if you're referring to me; but whether you are or you aren't, we work with sensitive information and can't share that with the general public. We're not looking to belittle anyone, merely point out that some 'info' has been point out that was based on speculation and not actual facts.Because rather than provide insight or simply keep their mouths shut, they would rather dismiss and belittle everyone else’s comments to make it known they’re privy to info that we aren’t. LOL...you are still stuck on the inside/outside measurement. What 93 lol. A PT57A is a 98 when measured from the outside, 93 when measured conventionally. Murray never used anything below a 95.
ThatWhat 93 lol.

In the picture the racquet is mounted on the TF X-Cord, and the stringing service at Primrose is TF, so I’d guess it’s from one of the TF stringers, or they allowed someone else to take a picture.Well I can’t hide what’s in that picture. Equally, I can still respect the confidentiality around it, which I will.
The fact that you’ve shared this picture does really prove my point about the speculation and misinformation posted on here and elsewhere.
I will ask politely though the source of that picture?
You’re a bit late to the game (I’m not giving you a hard time, I’ve been there myselfTennisNerd has a video about Andy Murray's new racquet he's trying out, it is an Ezone 100. Andy added about 30 grams of lead tape himself. He contacted Yonex, they sent Andy 10-12 frames set to Murray's specifications.

Here is the source (from 0:13), it was indeed filmed in the Primrose TF stringing room by @tennisphere_ on IGIn the picture the racquet is mounted on the TF X-Cord, and the stringing service at Primrose is TF, so I’d guess it’s from one of the TF stringers, or they allowed someone else to take a picture.

Gotta love how he also left a gap of lead tapes at 12 o clock!!!!I stand completely corrected. Andy went into a shop, bought 10 or so frames, lead tape, and got to testing all by himself. Now that is a true tennis player, good on you sir Andy and apologies to TennisNerd for saying he was incorrect.
Sorry I meant 95 there typo. Here is more info on it: https://tt.tennis-warehouse.com/index.php?threads/are-head-98-sq-in-really-95s.565703/That
If he left a gap in the lead tape at 12 o’clock it was probably so the lead tape would not be messed up by the stringing machine’s billiard at 12 o’clock.Gotta love how he also left a gap of lead tapes at 12 o clock!!!!
Correct. If he left a gap in the lead tape at 12 o’clock it was probably so the lead tape would not be messed up by the stringing machine’s billiard at 12 o’clock.

how big is the head size ?? yesterday his launch angle was way too too high. against better players, he's going to hit the ball long too many times with that big head sizeSorry I meant 95 there typo. Here is more info on it: https://tt.tennis-warehouse.com/index.php?threads/are-head-98-sq-in-really-95s.565703/
Well your loyalty to rudeness is kinda pathetic.Your loyalty to a corporation is kinda pathetic.
Well your loyalty to rudeness is kinda pathetic.
98 when measured from the outside is a misconception. The outside accounts for an extra 10-15 sq in. If measured from the outside, his PT57A would have been close to an oversize.
In one video Andy Murray became the GOAT of TT
