After a little time off from tennis, I'm starting back up, and hence forth am trying to watch what I eat. Since I'm a college student living on my own, I've found it easiest to just grill fish whenever I can. I've recently added grilled mushrooms, and onions into the equation with the fish, is this a healthy addition, and what else can I grill with fish to help my diet out?

Bellpeppers are a great source of vitamin C and also easy to grill. Add tomatoes to the mix. Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts and thighs are easy to grill.

Put all, or any part of that over brown rice for great fiber and complex carbs.

Plus, anybody in their right mind has got to have two or three burgers a week, with grilled mushrooms and onions of course.
