My beef with Nike

Nike makes some great stuff, and I love re releases

Lately I've been trying to find some air tech challenge ii

I have found some and might get them, but I ran across color ways and such on social media that made me a little upset

There was an Australian open color way, all white and blue with orange, this was not my problem

My problem is Nike releases these shoes in such a limited quantity and in such a way, that only sneaker heads get them, not true tennis fans.

I tried to get the uso ones last August but I couldn't get any and they sold out in 2 minutes

My beef with Nike is that they re release tennis items from many of your childhoods and put stuff out that many people want....but do it in a way that the true lovers of these iconic designs...can't get them

To see random "swaggots" have a pair of limited edition Australian open air tech challenges is absurd as they don't even know who wore the shoe or what the Australian open is

I petition that Nike makes these items in quantities that will satisfy sneaker heads who only care about collectibles, and real sports lovers who wished for the iconic items to come back.

That opens up another door for the resell market. Won't do Nike any good in the long run.

Here’s what I know. Five years ago 50 percent on my club was wearing Nike shoes in today 50 percent on my club is wearing ASICS shoes.

Well if somebody working for these big tennis apparel companies has half a brain in their head, they will start paying attention to their decreasing sales and start listening to the consumer. They are shooting themselves in their own feet.

If you are listening Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, Fila, ANYONE! Start making stuff that looks good on the athlete, is correctly sized, and well-made. PERIOD.

What you have been selling the last 3-5 years we aren’t buying.

When I used to go to the Nike Store In Las Vegas they had a whole section for tennis, I used to love it, then they got rid of it entirely. Now in Dallas they used to have an entire wall dedicated to Tennis apparel & shoes, they recently cut that in half & put in more golf gear. Seems that Nike is slowly phasing out their tennis equipment.
