I strung it in my Dunlop Aerogel 200 (344g, 8HL, 95", 18x20) with Pro's Pro Pure Aramid 1.10/Pro's Pro Black Force 1.14 @57/54. After sitting for a few days, it felt too tight so I put a 9 lb. dumbell on the string bed for 2 hours either side. About a month later it stiffened a bit and I wondered if it was locking up. But when I hit with it, it felt as I would expect kevlar to feel.
It performed very well and quite comfortable, but compared to my other racquets with various poly hybrids I couldn't feel if the strings were biting into the ball. This feeling is always the beginning of the next ball for me, so not having it there was a non-starter. But when I looked up at my shots they did seem to have enough spin.
And it is comfortable. The Black Force poly is nice and slippery, allowing the Pure Aramid to deflect and cushioning the blow. Also poly doesn't lock the main up. If you're a player who doesn't mind a slight disconnect at ball impact and you want a comfortable setup, this is certainly worth a try. The main reason I wanted this string to work on this racquet is that aramid is a very light weight string and I needed my hoop to be more HL without adding weight.
It's a quality rig, just not for me.
