After match my heel hurts it feels like a tingling pain below my heel. I play on hardcourt, I thought its from a shoe but its not. coz I have a brand new shoes and the pain is still there.

It dont bother me while playing ( maybe now ) but do I need to be concerned from this pain or this is normal?

the pain scale is 4. 10 being the highest.

I get heel pain, but its plantar fascitis, but it doesnt feel like a tingling. It is like my heel gets very stiff and hard to walk on with some pain. And usually it loosens up with play and feels better. I wonder if you have a bone spur?

Make sure you do a search on plantar fasciitis, and see if that is what you have. I had heel pain for months and ignored it thinking it was just tendonitis. Eventually I ruptured my plantar fascia running for a short ball at the net. That was in the beginning of November, I am now just starting back to playing. This comes after wearing a boot for six weeks, taking anti-inflamatories, cortizone shots, wearing a night splint, and custom orthos. If I would have gone to the podiatrist earlier I could have avoided a lot of this. Would hate for you to go through the same thing.

this can be an area where a good PT or ART/Massage therapist can be a big help..

oftentimes PF is caused by issues in the calf, pulls on the achilles/heel which then pulls on the PF

google PF/Gastroc & Soleus Stretching/check out TPTherapy dot com and some other stuff (icing the pf and such..for me I had to do a lot of ice/heat on the calf to get it loose and healthy.. now 10min of stretching keeps me healthy

heel hurting

tendinitis, common in tennis players and soccer players, i had it about a year ago and there are excercises for this.. even if it is not this tstretching the tendons helps alot and yea hard courts is how i was more vulnerable to getting this:|
