my index finger seems brused or somthing, when i'm playing tennis and the handel presses back on the nuckle then inbetween my middle finger and index finger hurts like crazy
and its not a place where you can put ice on. So i was wandering if somone could tell me what to do to resolve this problem or if there was any way for you to grip the racket with out putting pressure on it...
