30 miles jogged 72 miles walked 1000 stories of stairs 8 hours tennis 200+pull ups mindlesss number of crunches, pushups and dips Really trying to maintain my conditioning from last season and/or improve on it if possible. At this point with what I'm doing I'm feeling better than I ever have conditioning wise, and I think it is a result of going from jogging only in the winter to a shorter but more intense regimen on the stairs. About to start some light weight work as the weather is going from bad to worse here. I was lucky to get to play any tennis at all in that time frame. Can't wait for spring, but at this rate I'm petty sure I'm going to be ready for anything when it gets here.
