This would be my Grand Slam/Masters Series schedule for next year
14th January: Shanghai Masters Series (Rebound Ace, perfect warm up for the Australian Open)
28th January: Australian Open
3rd March: Indian Wells
17th March: Miami
14th April: Monte Carlo (do not get rid of this tournament)
5th May: Rome
19th May: French Open (a week earlier than usual)
13th June: Grass Masters Series, dunno where, but must be in Europe (perhaps change Hamburg to grass)
7th July: Wimbledon (a week later than usual, then sack off the clay court tournaments that they have after Wimbledon)
11th August: Toronto (not shared with Montreal, perhaps the week before have two events, played at Montreal and Cincinatti, still attract a big field to each event)
25th August: US Open
6th October: Madrid (a week earlier so Federer can play Madrid, Basle, have a break then play Paris)
27th October: Paris
10th November: Masters Cup (London?)
All Masters Series would have a draw of 64 (Indian Wells & Miami still have 96), and best of 5 set final for all
US Open get's rid of the final set tie-break and perhaps revert back to the classic green court
Thoughts?
