Thank you!Absolutely amazing collection. So there's a big love story with Rossignol and Head frames, isn't it? Not that Prince and Yonex are too far behind, mind you.
Yeah, and the bottom one is usually the one I need at any given moment. It's not ideal, but it will have to do for now. I have a plan though, to put them in boxes next to each other, as can be seen in the bottom right of the picture.love the set up but i would be nervous everytime seeing that one racquet at the bottom of the pile
Thank you for sharing Dino, this is the sort of evidence I need for my wife see, so that she can understand that there are others out there like me who need to have copious amounts of tennis racquets around them to be able to deal with life. There really is nothing wrong with us, we are quite normal.
Thank goodness my wife Imelda feels the same way about shoesThank you for sharing Dino, this is the sort of evidence I need for my wife see, so that she can understand that there are others out there like me who need to have copious amounts of tennis racquets around them to be able to deal with life. Thank you! Thanks for posting that! Your pictures will show my wife what a reasonable person I am. By the way, there used to be a lady on this board, Virginia if I am not mistaken, that used to post pictures anytime someone asked about a rare/unusual racket. Your collection may be getting close to hears in volume, though you seem to have some duplicates.
Dino has an amazing collection. I remember Virginia from New Zealand. She has an unworldly collection. She’s like a tennis historian, and it seems like she knows the histories behind all of her racquets.Thank you!
Yeah, I remember Virginia. From New Zeeland, if I'm not completely mistaken. I don't remember how many racquets she had, though, and it's never been about the numbers anyway. That's why I don't mind the duplicates. I have more of certain models I like, sometimes there are models I got to play matches with or that I got in a contract. Sometimes I have just tried to get a racquet in a better condition than the previous ones, but kept all.
Finally got round to organising a few of mine (the big gaps in the side walls are where I’m planning to put the Helen Wills prints of Lenglen and Godfree when they are back from the framers):Wanting to get my racket room organized and in shape to post pictures for years now and it only gets worse haha! Maybe one day
What’s the black Head racquet on the bottom right of the photo after those antique wood racquets?
