IMO, you have the knee bend, good toss motion. but you are not exploding up to get the ball. Meaning yes, jumping into the ball.
You have no leg drive into the ball.

Two things: you're wasting your knee bend as said already. You need to systematically unload your lower body to send that energy up and into the ball, and from what I can see, the only thing preventing this is my second point: you drop your head way too early. That causes you to come from an upright stance up towards the ball, to falling forward into the court while the ball is still in the air so that you end up arming it into the court. Keep looking at the ball until after you've hit it: the direction of the ball isn't going to change from what you want if you don't look away from it, but it WILL change if you do.

Very good comments before me, but one thing to add.
Looks like you mentally are reserved about finishing strongly what you start.

First half looks great!
second half wilts.

Awkward, with that high elbow, then lowering it to swing.
I don't think more knee explosion is necessarily vital, but more movement into the court might be.
Nice loose grip.
EFH side of conti......OK
Widen your prep stance.
Accelerate the racket. You currently just swing it from the start about the same.
You employ neither the trunk twist or stomach crunch to hit the ball.
So now your ball speed is slow.

Thank you all guys. Very good comments.
I understood that I need more thrust before hitting the ball looking at the ball just after hitting the ball.

@5263. Can you elaborate "Looks like you mentally are reserved about finishing strongly what you start" i am not a native English speaker.

@Lee. Yes, i need to learn trunk twist and stomach cunch.

Thanks

Look closely at your entire swingpath.
Your rackethead speed is faster, and your swing is longer, AFTER you have hit the ball.
Maybe better to have the fastest rackethead speed AS or just before you hit the ball....or at least thru the hitting zone, not after it.

Greetings,
You have a good base and a fairly smooth motion with no real hitches.
Some quick tips:
1.) Use your legs.
You get no real push from your legs up and into the ball from your platform technique. You barely get off the ground and actually almost foot fault with your right foot before you hit the ball.
2.) Don't hit down.
You're not tall enough to hit down. Swing up and out instead. Think about reaching up with a high five at contact, with your right arm completely extended. Don't let the ball fall too low after your toss.
3.) Keep your head up.
Not hitting down will help this, but also tucking your left arm into your chest after the toss will also help. As you swing toward contact after the trophy pose, pull your left arm into your chest like you're hugging yourself.
4.) Stand upright and tall.
You're bent over like a prawn at contact, further causing you to hit down. You need to be upright and tall at contact, like your were standing in a big cylinder or barrel.
5.) Practice, practice, practice.
Muscle memory must be developed for your technique to be consistent.
Good luck, CHEERS!

I recently recieved a tip that helped me a lot with my kinetic chain on the serve. Try throwing your leading hip into the court as you go up into your trophy pose, your leg bend is great but I think it is too vertical which causes you to lose the drive up into and through your serve. More coil with your upper body + the leg bend you have now will give you the acceleration you need at the top of your serve to really snap through the ball. You lose much of that energy from your leg bend because you are closing down your hips too early, you are using your spring to go up which causes you to either leave your shoulders open too long and hit long or close your shoulders down too quickly and hit into the net. More coil of your upper body would get you driving through the ball and into the court which will give you more pace and spin.

Agreed.

To get into a more agressive trophy position you have to get your body into the shape of a bow. This is how you want your body to look and Will from Fuzzy Yellow Balls also explains why: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HgeYmEScfgQ

Brent Abel explains how this should flow out of your tossing motion: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CeZp90h-Ar8&feature=channel

All the pros do it, so should you: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lIF-UaRUd6k

I agree with xinunix and xFullCourtTenniSx comments above - you are not reaching up to the ball and exploding with forward weight shift, but instead, are rotating and bending at the waist (freeze, for example, at 35 seconds). It may help you to keep the tossing arm up longer.
