I took some video of my serve with my little digital camera and a tripod. I think my form is really OFF and I would like to know if anyone has some tips on how to fix it.
I thought I could fix it myself without the embarrasment BUT it's so bad not sure where to begin. I can see my racquet drop is awful and I pause during a rather ugly backscratch part.. I am sure I do alot more things wrong then that..
