I never noticed until this slow-mo that my non-dominant arm doesn't tuck in when during my shoulder rotation. not sure if this would have any affect?? also realized that i seem to over-rotate. after serving, my back seems to face the net a little. i think that slows my recovery and takes away time in preparation of the next shot. am i right in thinking this?
