Myskina/Hingis

Any opinions on whether Anastasia Myskina and Martina Hingis' games are cut from the same mold? Never thought of it until an announcer used that description yesterday. IMHO, Myskina wins with a hand full of nothing, but sometimes nothing is a beautiful hand. Her opponents have bigger strokes, better serves, just more power. But she opens the court up so well.

There are some similarities. They both are very good athletes who are fast and move well and are good counterpunchers. Hingis had much more spin on her shots and variety to her game and came to the net a lot more. Myskina hits a flat ball from well behind the baseline.
