N6.1 95 coming...

I finally found a so called "superdeal" (at least for UK standards) and just ordered a brand new n6.1 95 for £69. I like my k95, but today I played for a couple hours and my shoulder was hurting. I swapped racquets with my partner (he had a n95 18x20) and immediately felt better. I think the K95 its more fun to play with, but I'm just not fit enough to keep up for a long time. We'll see how this n95 goes, and if its the case to sell the k95 and get another n95 instead...

I've never used the k95, but I did try a k90 and they do feel somewhat stiffer than the nCodes. I main an n95, and well, from what I've read, the k95 is much stiffer, and heavier on the shoulder/arm/elbow etc. Well, I love the n95 and I'm pretty sure you'll love it in the long run. The feel is great and its really a player's racquet.

I remembered this post:

Like I said, I like this stick, I like how it feels and the weight and sw and everything. I just hit the ball long a lot more than I used to, and I dont know if I have to blame it on the string pattern / tension / string type or simply to the fact that I've only played 4 times after 10 years!

I TOLD YOU SO...

The SW of the K95 is a bit much even though the total weight is pretty ok.

Why not see if you can hit with some other frames to see if something else might be more comfortable for you.

Being in my mid 30s I'm no spring chicken so I'll take any help I can get with a frame LOL!

Yeah....my bad... see, I only got to play four times for an hour and it was great! Problems came in after the second hour, which is something that doesnt happen that often, but if it happens, I'd like to be able to face it!

Well if you don't have any health issues and it's just a lack of practice then all you have to do is just work on your fitness.

Personally I need frames that I can play comfortably for 3 hrs or more so I really don't want anything that will weight on me just in 1 hr. I don't have any issue with heavy frames but a high sw really strains my wrist and elbow. Don't stick to a frame just cus you paid for it.

Get something else if it isn't meant for you... demo, demo demo.
