Hello I dont want to copy nadal but I like to play a leftie setup but I am a natural rightie.

The only think left that I want to learn and try is the nadal backhand with his grips. Cause my top hand on my 2handed backhand is very strong I would like to ask which grips should I use to produce constant and super spin shots from my backhand.

what are his grips?

bottom hand - continental
top hand - somewhere between eastern and semi western

or

bottom hand - continental
top hand - semi western

or

bottom hand - eastern backhand
top hand - semi western

or

bottom hand - eastern backhand
top hand - somewhere between eastern and semi western

I know there are some topics about this but I never found and final answer who is 100% right. Please help I want to try this out.

:)

Nadal's grip is so easy to figure out. It's the grip that lets his racket face closed a little and gives him a lot of control. You know the grip.

i believe the above poster is correct, Eastern backhand or continental on the non-dominant hand and Semi-Western on the dominant, and he keeps his arms straight at contact.

However it is for Nadal....
For you, you choose by personal preference, style, and the predominant bounce height of the balls you face most often.
Higher incomers, more SW.
Lower skidders, more conti.
Short guys tend to use more W.
Taller tend to use more ebh, but some use W on 2hbh oft hand.
