He said it after the semi of Rg 2019 when they were still 20-17 .. now with an extra RG and USO, YE1 ..several extras week at #1 and being 20-19 would be hard to answer..

The GOAT debate is completely meaningless. It is like boxing in which most fighters are susceptible to certain styles of opponent and in tennis you have the added complication of surfaces and conditions.

There is no such thing as the best tennis player, who would beat every opponent on every surface. That is even before you factor in the impossibility of comparing players from different eras.
