I only play the old Game Boy version. I got it years ago after my mother’s new husband who played this game when it came out wanted to get rid of it.

I very much liked the simple retro style and really got into it after a while. Last year I reached the Maxout (999.999 points) playing on a SNES Adapter (had done it on classic GB before).

Here it is online on the channel of my best friend, the world’s best player in another famous retro game (Mario Kart 64) that he also inherited (from his much older sister).

I don’t want to brag about my Tetris achievement too much, but maybe HIS channel in general is interesting for some retro game fans.
