Nadal in 2017-2019.....5 Slams....1-4 h2h against Fedalovic in the Slams

Well, Rafa has beaten Djokovic and Federer this year.
Rafa's win over Federer was the 2nd most lopsided match of their slam history.
And Rafa's win over Djokovic featured the first bagel of their rivalry-

On top of that, Rafa's win over Federer at Roland Garros, was far more convincing than Federer's win over Rafa at Wimbledon.
In fact at Wimbledon, Federer won the 1st Set in a tie-breaker, and Rafa breadsticked Federer in the 2nd Set, and Federer's best set was a 6-3.
Rafa has definitely had the better of Federer this year.
Djokovic has had the better of Rafa, but Rafa said he wasn't allowed to practice defense after his ankle surgery, so had no way of preparing for the Australian Open.....so there was never any chance of him winning the AO regardless of his offensive skills......because Rafa has always required defense and court movement to beat Djokovic......and even so, Djokovic was unable to serve up any bakery products in the AO Final :)

Off clay he's impotent against Fed and Joker.

Nadal has learned from Federer that the most important thing is not the direct confrontations with rivals of their same category but the consistency and ability to overcome the rest of the players is what gives more success, after all.
It is never too late to learn the lesson.
Congratulations, Rafa!

Lost the 5th Set after being up a break in the 2017 AO Final vs. Federer.
Lost 10-8 in the 5th Set of 2018 Wimbledon SF vs. Djokovic.
Lost the 1st Set in a tiebreaker and won the 2nd Set 6-1 of Wimbledon SF vs. Federer.
I seriously doubt Federer/Djokovic were thinking "Rafa is impotent" during those matches :)

Lost, lost, lost is what I see ;)

AO: 2 finals
FO: 3 wins
Wimbledon: 2 semis
USO: 2 wins

Has a 1-4 record in the Slams against Fedalovic with the only win against a 38-year old Fed at the FO in tornado like conditions.

Last time Nadal beat either Federer or Djokovic in a Slam apart from the 2019 FO was at the 2014 FO. Last time Nadal beat either Federer or Djokovic outside of clay in any tournament was at the 2014 AO.

Discuss.
Very easy. The phrase 'he who doth protest too much' comes to mind reading the OP

Rafa beat his biggest rival on clay in his 3 French Open wins during this time period. Also in this time period, he was one match away from facing Novak twice and Roger once but instead faced the player that upset them. It’s no guarantee that he would have won the potential match against either Roger or Novak, but it’s not his fault that the other two lost before reaching him.

Be happy if he is 1-4, imagine it being 4-1 in rafa's favour and 2017-19 for Rafa would have been like Federer 2004-06 and he would have been Goat easily by now.
