Does anyone know what's the earliest date Nadal can theoretically exit the top-10?
Points don’t drop till at least after AO. As it stands, Nadal has to drop about 6500-6800 points to be out of top 10.

Acapulco 500
IW 360
MC 360
Barcelona 180
Madrid 360
Rome 1000
RG 2000
Wimbledon 720
Montreal 1000

That’s 6480

Edit: I’ve heard that WTF points drop, so make it 6880 by next year’s USO.

Direct answer to your question: After Wimbledon is the earliest. But bottom part of top 10 would have to increase their points by 700+.

Paris Masters 1000

According to MARCA, a Spanish national daily sports newspaper, Rafa will travel to Paris on Thursday.
Upon arrival at the Pullman Paris Bercy hotel, he has to undergo the PCR test and stay isolated at the hotel until the results are received the next day.

Vamos Rafa!

Why are the 2019 French Open points only staying on until June 2021 by the 2020 AO points don't come off until 2022?

essentiallysports.com, Oct. 17, 2020: "According to the recent decision of the ATP, there will be no deletion of points until March 8, 2021."

Rafa's Acapulco points also won't come off in 2021.

I can't understand why the AO 2020 points won't come off until 2022.

Rafa & Sponsor - KIA

KIA announces (excerpts):

¤¤ KIA Appoints M&C Saatchi Sport and Entertainment to Activate Global Partnership with Rafael Nadal

Kia Motors Corporation, partner of the Australian Open and Rafael Nadal, has appointed M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment to lead the global marketing activation around the brand’s career-spanning relationship with the tennis legend.

The first campaign was an ambitious activation during the global lockdown that marked the renewal signing of the Nadal-Kia partnership, taking it beyond the 15-year mark. The campaign, entitled #GetRafaMoving, was aired from the Rafael Nadal Academy in his hometown of Mallorca, Spain. The live stream aimed to allow fans to join in and vote in real-time, as well as ask questions to the man himself.

The second campaign, #TakeOn20, galvanised fans to show their support as Rafa took on his 20th Grand Slam title. With limited fans in the stadium to cheer for him, Kia offered its platform to make sure their voices were heard by Rafa himself on social and throughout Paris through a series of fly posters and projections.

Through the activation, Kia will also be donating to the Rafa Nadal Foundation to ensure future generations are supported as much as his fans support Rafa.

M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment are now working on range of upcoming projects including activations around major tennis tournament, the Australian Open, of which Kia has been a major partner since 2002. ¤¤

All the points earned before March 8, 2020 won't come off until 2022.
Will drop dates be extended for events that took place prior to the Tour’s suspension?
Provided that the calendar resumes as normal in 2021, drop dates for events played early in 2020 (6 January-9 March) will not change. Except for the 2019 Nitto ATP Finals, all other drop dates for events that were not played in 2020 will be extended for another 52 weeks.

Rafa will appear on another TV show next Friday. It's Telecinco's show called "Mi casa es la tuya" ("My home is your home." Translated via Google.). Rafa is cooking on the show.

Another excerpt:

Rafa's wife said in an interview that she's called Meri/Mery by everyone around her. Her nickname Xisca was created by media.
