The RN Academy is part of the RN Sports Centre

The Rafa Nadal School (RNS) will hold its 8th annual graduation ceremony this coming Wednesday. Carlos Moya will be the special guest at the ceremony:

RNS is situated within Rafa's academy and allows young athletes to combine tennis and studies. Both athletes and non-athletes are admitted to the school. RNS is divided into three stages: primary, middle and high school. The high school program is designed to prepare students for college/university. The graduates receive the American High School Diploma. The graduates from Spain also receive the Spanish Baccalaureate Degree (necessary to access Spanish universities).

Since 2018, Rafa has invited a successful athlete, whom he has a good relationship, as the special guest to RNS’s graduation ceremony. The special guest has handed out diplomas and given a speech. The special guests have been:

2018 – Pau Gasol (a Spanish pro basketballer, who also played for NBA; Rafa’s longtime friend);
2019 – David Ferrer;
2020 – no guests due to the pandemic; Maria Sharapova and Federer congratulated graduates with a video message;
2021 - Ona Carbonell (a Spanish synchronized swimmer, a two-time Olympic medalist; has visited Rafa’s academy many times);
2022 - Ricky Rubio (a Spanish pro basketballer, who also played for NBA);
2023 – Iga Swiatek.

Rafa - a Businessman

Time Out Dubai says that “TATEL Dubai, in partnership with sports stars Rafael Nadal, Cristiano Ronaldo and Pau Gasol, is now officially open in Dubai”, but I’m not sure Rafa is still a shareholder in the TATEL restaurant chain.

TATEL_Venue-4-768x1152.jpg

TATEL Dubai is the 8th restaurant in the TATEL restaurant chain, whose first restaurant was opened in Madrid in 2014. The restaurant chain was created and operated by Mabel Capital, the investment company owned by Rafa (33%) and two Spanish businessmen, but the three owners have reached an agreement to split the company into two: Rafa & one businessman will keep the real estate business and the other businessman will operate the restaurants. According to some newspapers, Rafa will also be involved in the restaurant business.

As a BIG rafa fan, MAN do i really want Nadal to get a hair transplant (or another session if hes gotten one before). His hair on the front just look so weird and messy, and falling. I have gotten two sessions of hair transplants and am so happy i got them done. Or he could simply wear a high quality hair piece. He would look so much better.

RAFA has now been confirmed for the Spanish team at the 2024 Olympics, by using his protected ranking, alongside Alcaraz, Carreno Busta, and Granollers! He will play singles, as well as doubles with Alcaraz

super smiley Rafa

RAFA will not play #Wimbledon It was to be expected and this has been confirmed by David Ferrer. The Spaniard focuses on the games, where he hopes to reach a high level to fight for medals.

These are sick. Best new Nike Rafa merch in years. Going to get a black
answer to the tweet re numbers 24, 9: 250 and 500 titles. Also, 92 titles in all.
and YES, it looks :love::love:
Why is Rafa so interested in training kids in tennis?

Djoker and Fed do not have academies.
Rafa is a smart businessman using his brand name and perpetuating his legacy.
Rafa Nadal International School, which is situated within the Rafa Nadal Academy allows athletes to combine tennis and studies... this year 52 kids graduated from his school. the school charges 55000euros/year!

Ruud's sister graduating

other athletes train there as well. tennis pros from murray to diego to iga

he has 2 academies [the other in collab with Kuwait govt] and 2 tennis centers [greece and mexico cancun] in his name so far. another coming up in hongkong.
he has a sports university too... UAX Rafa Nadal School of Sport... there one can get MBA in Sport Management

I know it isnt. Im just saying he will look better with a simple procedure. it's just my own opinion. We dont have to consider Nadal as a God, and defend him on everything. It's ok, in most ways he is human just like all of us

Rafa Nadal Foundation

Children participating in the RN Foundation’s project titled Play All celebrated the end of the school year (the project is running during a school year.)

The RNF website:
¤¤ “Play All” was born with the objective of promoting positive values among minors through the regular practice of tennis.

Where
The groups where the “Play All” Project
is developed are located in vulnerable areas of the city of Barcelona.
The project is located in neighborhoods that present a series of social problems related to the degradation of infrastructure, the low socioeconomic level of families and the increase in the immigrant population with great lack of access to standardized resources, such as sports, in this case tennis.

Methodology
The main objective of this new project, which is carried out thanks to the alliance with Nike and the collaboration of the Fundació Tennis Barcelona , is to accompany minors through regular tennis training and use this sport as a tool for transmitting four values. Positives: sportsmanship, commitment, camaraderie and effort.

Beneficiaries
The Play All project has as direct beneficiaries the group of boys, girls and adolescents between the ages of 6 and 16. who are in a situation of social vulnerability.

Goals
We work with the objective of providing access to tennis to those minors who would find it difficult to practice this sport. Through the training, we work with the beneficiaries on four important values both on and off the track.¤¤ (Translated from Spanish via Google.)
