Since those clothes feature the Nike branding, of course, it can be said these are Nike products but that's not what I commented about.
You wrote Nike has launched. Nike didn't do anything except manufacturing and providing the items to be printed upon, and they didn't do those products specifically for the Academy. Nike didn't prepare the design either. The end product didn't go through Nike multiple rounds of quality control. It wasn't commissioned for production at their factories. It isn't marketed by Nike. The entire screen-priting customization is an in-house process at the Academy in a similar way t-shirt print shops do that.
Nike recently launched the IT ONLY TAKES EVERYTHING retirement tee while The Academy launched the Gracias Rafa line of apparel.

Rafa’s foundation will continue to organize the Rafa Nadal Tour. The 12th edition of the Tour will kick off at the beginning of January. The 11th edition ended last month.
The RN Tour is an annual series of junior tennis tournaments for boys & girls under 16 years old in Spain. The Tour consists of tournaments taking place in different cities across Spain and is divided into three age groups: under-12, under-14 and under-16.
