Really feel for Zverev but it seems he is out for Wimbledon and it would mean Nadal- Djokovic as top 2 seeds. If Nadal misses Wimbledon it's really an easy Wimbledon for Djokovic and now Nadal cannot face Djokovic before final and it's a great chance for Rafa to fine some grass form and then face Djokovic in favourable conditions in final on center court
 
Nadal’s game now suits grass more than any other court. Hopefully there’s no roof and humidity. Disgusting to see what they’ve done to RG just to bring the field closer to Nadal.

Current weather in London is perfect conditions but could change in the next couple weeks

A couple of days ago, I thought he was surely not playing but you are right.. He may look for one last deep run at Wimbledon
 
I'd love to see him play but I don't see it happening. He seems like he is more likely to retire or at minimum shut down until his foot improves than to play wimbledon. But he really should bring his doctor and numb that foot up and see if he can make a run at it!
 
Nadal's chance of winning it is frankly low. Better to pull out to make the field even more desolate and make Djokovic's win even more empty. If he loses, even bigger of a morale blow.
 
Nadal's skipping WImbledon. Too much competition for him on grass, and his luck doesn't work on grass either.

Man match is over stop complaining still. Rafa will play Wimbledon if he is healthy thats it. After RG he will probably explain.

Djokovic will beat Nadal if he plays atleast his 19-20 level
 
LOL talking like Nadal wants to miss WB. Not everything depends to him.

Grass competition is the weakest. Nobody plays on grass other than 2 weeks. All the next gen struggles. Djokodal the favourite. But Rafa is more vulnerable in first week specially.

Not sure. I just wish he did it again. ServeDal throwing down thunderbolts in the blacked out / Neon USO Nike kits was incredible.
 
If he’s having to play with cortisone injections for clay then he’s going to have a much tougher time on grass…especially with such a short turnaround. I’d rather he rest up and be ready for the 2-1 Open, buds.
