They have increased the CC capacity by 30% so it might be easier to get tickets. I have never tried to get tickets for Queens though I have been to Wimbledon and the O2 a few times. I'm not sure how easy it is to get tickets for Queens.

I got tickets there before easily on their webpage. But got them very early.
You can also get tickets on viagogo close to the day you want to see. Of course expensive, but not as expensive as Wimbledon (first day wimbledon ticket cost as much as a final ticket in AO. )

If you get tickets and you find out later that Nadal play that day and you don't want to watch, you can easily sell that ticket on Viagogo. Nadal and Andy is very popular tickets in London. One can actually make some money doing this.

Don't see it happening though. I think Nadal would rather a 10th French Open than another Wimbledon at this point in his career. So, I'm sure he's more focused on that, as opposed to winning on the grass.
