Tough to bet against Nadal in this match considering Rafa is 3-0 against Tommy. I like Nadal to win in straight sets.
 
Robredo never won more than 4 games in a set against Nadal the 3 times they played. If he can lose to Nadal in 3 sets that will be a shocker.
 
A great clay courter against a pretty good clay courter, on fast courts. The only winner is the network showing Three's Company reruns on a competing station.
 
Rafael Nadal and Tommy Robredo coming onto court now begining there warm-up, Nadal expected to win this one, let's hope it's as entertaining as Blake -v- Davydenko earlier was.

Nadal return is just long (40-0) Nadal returns serve but Robredo return is just wide (40-15) Robredo wins the game with an ace (40-15) 1-0 Robredo leads on serve

Robredo wins the first point against serve (0-15) But Nadal wins the next to level at (15-15) Robredos return is just long which gives Nadal the next point (30-15) Fantastic winner from Tommy Robredo gives Robredo the next point to tie at (30-30) Robredo returns serve and Nadals return misses unexpectadly long handing Robredo the first break point. (30-40) Nadal hits a winner to save break point and take it to Deuce. Rafael Nadal warned by the umpire for taking to long on the serve. Nadal takes the game in two points to tie at 1-1 first set.

Nadal wins the next point to tie 2-2 on serve.

Robredo return just wide (15-30) Robredo takes the next point (30-30) Nadals return of serve long (40-30) Nadal drills a forehand return into the corner to level at Deuce. Robredo takes the game though in two points still on serve Robredo leads 3-2 first set.

Superb first point going to Robredo long rally finished with a lob volley from Robredo (0-15) Robredo also takes the next point (0-30) Nadal hits the net during a rally to hand Robredo triple break points (0-40) Robredo running from side-to-sde during the rally really going for it on this point but hits the net on return (15-40) Robredo breaks Nadal in the next point when Nadals return hits the net Robredo leads 4-2 first set.
 
LOL Robredo choking the lead away. I guess winning 5 games in a set against topspinmonkey is not doable for him.
 
Seventh game. First Set Tommy Robredo to serve. Nadal takes the first point with a winner (0-15) and Robredo hits the net after Nadal returns serve to give Nadal a (0-30) lead. Robredo hits the net again!!! this time giving Nadal triple Break point (0-40) An Ace from Robredo (15-40) But Robredos return is just out giving Nadal and immediate break back back on serve 4-3

Robredo return is just long on the return (15-0) Rafael Nadal takes the next point (30-0) Nadal hits a sitter winner to take the next point (40-0) A drop-shot from Robredo during the rally give him a point against serve (40-15) Nadal hits the net after Robredo return poor shot from Nadal (40-30) Excellant point from Nadal a lob over Robredo gives Nadal the game 4-4 first set on serve.
 
Ninth Game First Set. Tommy Robredo to serve. Nadal takes the first point against serve (0-15) But another ace from Robredo ties it up (15-15) Robredos tactics have been good so far with the next point another winner from Robredo (30-15) Robredos return is long during the rally (30-30) Excellant winner from Nadal gives him break point (30-40) Robredo very quck across and chasing every ball but Nadal misses a sitter Deuce. Nadal gets another break point immediatly when Robredos return goes long. But back to deuce again as Nadal hits the net. Robredo takes the game though in the next two points on serve 5-4 Robredo.
 
Robredo wins 5 games! Tommy you just exceeded my expectations. Way to to! Now, you don't have to stop at 5 you know.

Nadal takes the first point of the game (15-0) Robredos return of serve goes long giving Nadal the next point (30-0) Robredo lightening quck getting to the Nadal serve and takes the next point (30-15) A short rally between the two players and Robredo hits the net (40-15) Nadal unable to control the return from Robredo (40-30) Nadal takes the game with a winner to remain on serve 5-5.

What do you mean possibly? That's the only way Nadal can win the set now. Unless you expect Tommy to win it. Now that's just crazy talk!!!

Robredo serves but Nadals backhand with side spin give him a 4-0 lead. Both players extremly quick but Robredo takes the point 4-1. Great anticipation from both players. Nadal return of Robredo serve just wide. 4-2. They change ends. Nadal serves. Another great winner from Nadal 5-2 Nadal dominatng the tie-break. An unforced error from Robredo gives Nadal four set points. And yet another winner from Nadal gives him the first set tie break 7-6 (2)

Nadal taking the first point (15-0) But Robredo takes the next point wth a net cord in a long rally (15-15) Nadal takes the next point two points with unforced errors from Robredo (40-15) There seems to be more in Nadals strokes at the moment than Robredo's. Robredo takes the next point against serve (40-30) But Nadal takes the games on the next point to lead 3-0 in the second set.
 
Like i said at the moment, Blake Owns RAFA like a pigeon, but RAFA will figure him out just like Fed figured out Nalbandian. From this point on RAFA looks like he got his confidence back and is placing his serves little better so i like his chances to get to the final. OK????????????????????????????????????????????????

Nadal almost forgets to adjust his socks lol, and loses the first two points on his serve (0-30) Nadal comes back to take the next point (15-30) Now two break points to Robredo (15-40) Robredo misses and absoloute sitter and flys into the net missed oppotunity (30-40) Short Rally between the two players very wide shots from both players very close to the line but Robredo hits the net to send the game to deuce. Another Break Point for Robredo but Nadal saves, with an ace. Nadal takes the game in the next two consecutive points with a poor forehand from Robredo 4-1 Nadal leads.
