I think nobody think of high result so iťs normal for him to think that.. but overall hard may hurt his knees more cause on grass you can somehow slideCourier said today he doesn't think Rafa will play Wimbledon after this year because of his knees. His opinion is that the grass hurts his knees and he will sit out grass after this year. Interesting opinion.

I would think that. I believe Nadal last year was confident heading into W, and in his mind he was going to give it a right good go, but obviously fell short, and you could tell how disappointed he was after it.
I do believe that he wont play grass too much longer, as its always been knows he struggles with his knees on grass most.
Probably will give it another crack this year and that's it if he bows out early again.
But grass is the softest surface for body and least injuries are caused on it....
He fakes injuries on other surfaces just to save himself for clay, but does not accept it publicly and lies to everyone...simple AFMy only question is why his knees never "hurt" during the claycourt season

So clay the surface having requirements of bending the knees most and sliding and slipping in the surface is not dangerous for knees?? Huh....Not if you have bad knees . Low bouncing ball, and conditions that have less grip while running = disaster for knees.

Just because his vip box ROS position, moonballing, cheap techniques, grinding can not work on grass anymore, rafa gives wrong excuses...
This does not suit an ATG like rafa
Grass yes...Not sure why anyone wastes time replying to you, but ill bite.
Have you ever played tennis on grass or clay? Don't you notice the difference?
Grass yes...
HC yes... (Both at college)
Clay...no never
Well in my honest opinion, I think grass is the toughest surface to play on, if youre not physically fine.
Now im no spring chicken myself, but id rather play a match on clay than grass these days. Just my opninion.
I think Nadals flexibility is a big issue for grass.

Avoiding Fed to keep up the H2H. Smart move.
Its because its a lower bounce. But grass is the softest surface for body and least injuries are caused on it....
You’re saying this as Federer sits at home Hahahahahah come on manAvoiding Fed to keep up the H2H. Smart move.

Then it would be tougher for fed rather than nadsIts because its a lower bounce.
If you have watched some tennis in your life you know you have to bend the knees more on grass. So for knee injuried grass is not ideal.
Finals
Which would be epic.
How do you prepare your knees to be at peak state for clay season? I don't get it?He has responded to this before. He and his phyisos prepare his body to be in its peak state for the clay season. It makes sense - maximise your strengths.
No. Federer is not the one with the chronic knee issues. Then it would be tougher for fed rather than nads

I wasn’t talking about injuries on grass; I was talking about injuries on clay. They never seem to happen to him.Read my last post...

hopefully R128 or DNP.
What if he decides not to participate? Pulling a Roger.Ok try to guess his final result at Wimby... I think it depends on the draw, and it's hard to guess... I'll say he will win W it would be unexpected for sure
