If he wins this bully for him but I don't see him winning at either Paris or NY ever again. He has so many days to injure himself. Play the matches and let's see. I remember everybody giving the gold medal to Nole and he lost IR in Rio. Both Swiss players can beat him. There is a chance that Grigor can beat him. All will be revealed Sunday night. Since you cheer for him, can you explain why he just doesn't wear a skirt and no bloomers and then he could stop picking his ass? It's gross. He seems liked a very nice person but I don't enjoy watching him play. He never gets his ass handed to him it is always an injury if he loses. If in is Rafa-Roger in the final I think Rafa will win, unless he really is injured with a broken leg.

Stan doesn't choke in finals-3 from 3. Isn't his fault that Rafa had some hokey back injury. Fed cannot beat Nadal over 5 sets-he has a 2-9 GS record against him & could only beat him on grass twice before losing to him the next year on his hallowed surface. So yeah, a well past his prime 35 year old who hasn't won a slam for nearly 5 years, with a poor record against him or a 31 year old in his prime who spanked him here 3 years ago & has won 3 slams in as many years & never lost a slam final.
 
either way, such a great drama. classic nadal-federer rivarly or rematch of 2014 with wawrinka that started the misery of last 2-3 years for rafa.

can dimitrov spoil this?

As a Nadal fan I want Stan final. I can't pick between either of the Swiss as easier to beat for Nadal. Both have equal chance to beat Nadal. But Fed loses SF, their relative GS legacy can only get better for Nadal. Either Nadal closes the gap or remains same. So I want Stan to win today.

Best explanation for a tense or cramping low back was indeed the thrashing Nadal underwernt those first 12-13 games, relentlessly, instead of the cowardly lies from the Nadal camp, after the match. Let alone the Oscar award acting Nadal performed by crying for his mama first and then after the MTO walking back bare chested like he was the boss, disgusting to just think back to those scenes.
 
Who ever Nadal meets, and whether it happens in the semi-final or in the final, IF he loses it's because he's injured. That's for sure.

If u get yiur facts right instead of being brainwashed then ubwoukd realise nafal was injured before the match as he suffered the injury durng the federer sf. Facts sunshine. Pure fact.

Its about matchups. Wawrinka hasnt the tools to beat a fit nadal whereas federer at his best does. Federer only player who can beat nadal at his best

If nadal wind ao he wont win french open. Last time he won ao his year collapsed after iw.

If nadal loses to dimitrov i actualy think rafa woukd win french open as he would want to put things right so to speak.

Uso i feel is nadals bes surface nowadays due to the high bounce and speed.

Djokovic is4-9 to nadal in majors including a losing record at uso which is amazing given its not nadals best surface.

Im not saying djokovic isnt a problem for nadal. But i do feel nadal at his very best will beat djokovic on any surface. Players rarely play at their very best though.

But with federer while its an awful matchup for federer, thats because nadal like djokovic can bring down federers level.

Occasinally though federer has played his best against both and bagelled them!!! Nobody has ever bagelled federer

actually was going back and forth on who Nadal would rather have played while watching, cases for each...but it's decided now

the above statement about the Wawrinka final in 2014 was dumb of course, but also those saying injury was well into the match are completely wrong too

If Rafa wins SF he wins the whole thing; he owns Fed mentally and while stan's serving slipped a bit at 2-3 in 5th I didn't see a confident RF blow Stan away like Rafa will likely do to Grigor and almost assuredly will do to RF, he isn't intimidated by RF at all nor Mirka

Only on clay (13-2) everywhere else they're even, which is remarkable given Rafa's age advantage.

And now Rafa is no longer in his prime. This isn't like 2013 when he still was.
