hey guys,

anybody know what nadal use to use before he started using aeropro drive?

also - given people say that his cortex is a pj, does that mean he's still using his old aeropro drive?

also (again) anybody know what tension nadal strings his racquets and what overgrip he uses?

He used the Pure Drive, it is a pj so it means he uses the old apd, and he uses Babolat Duralast and Babolat VS grip

24.5 kgs and will normally only go up or down .5 kgs depending on the different factors.

I've read here multiple times that Nadal does not use a hybrid ... Duralast only for the strings.

Baseliner is all over it-- he used a pd for most of his junior career.
The cortex system is a pj, and he uses vs+ grip.
His string is still pht(not a hybrid) 16/17 , depending on the surface.. Its strung in the high 50s (lbs), also depending on the surface.

He never used any Hurricane! It's still Duralast 135, only on his reels are printed "Pro Hurricane Tour Nadal", but the stamps on the string say Duralast.
And his tension - as Richard quoted - is around 24.5 Kilo, that's about 53 lbs.
Also it is a rumor (I read several times) that Nadal want's his cross strings strung from the bottom to the top. Last tournament I strung his rackets were done with 4 knots and he didn't say anything.

Babolat pure drive. Tension is 55 pounds and he does use the old aero drive with a cortex pj.
