Since he tried to "mess around" several times during the last two years, you can't know.

This... he played around with different strings and new racket in 2015-early 2016... back to what's always worked for him... AKA original AeroPro Drive and RPM (formerly Babolat Tour Duralast)

NO... that came out wrong... first it was tour duralast, then it was RPM... the two strings are totally different. I still use Tour Duralast, 15L... very good spin, but have noticed a lot more pop off the ball with RPM blast.

I have seen this, and it doesn't prove anything what he actually uses. This video was solely made for advertisement, not what he uses in real life. And one member said it was more of dramatization and i agree with that... I doubt he actually uses Pure Aero, he is probably using some sort of Aero pro drive ...
Yes he went back to the blast it appears but not sure if it is for clay only

Guys Curier is correct Nadals APD IS in fact 311gr as you can see from the photos below. Curier was referring to unstrung weight of Nadal's APD. Weight: 311gr Bal: 32.5
Strung with everything comes to 335gr :

And Yes, He uses a relative light racquet for a pro, but with a high Swingweight, (search and you ll find!)

I think what the OP was asking was if rafa had changed his specs, as the threads you are pointing us to COULD be outdated. It is entirely possible that rafa has changed his specs (lead/silicone amount and or placement) since then.

Rafa switched back to the Babolat RPM Blast strings between the Rio tournament (clay) and the Indian Wells Masters (HC).
In the article (in Spanish) linked below, Xavi Segura, a Spanish stringer, explains why Rafa switched back to the Babolat RPM Blast strings: Rafa gained more power but he had less control over the racket with Luxilon’s strings.

Rafa had used the Babolat RPM Blast strings for five years before he switched to Luxilon’s strings at the beginning of December 2015. He switched back to the Babolat strings at the end of February 2016, before the Indian Wells Masters.
Xavi Segura has been the official racket stringer for Spain’s Davis Cup team since 2000. He is also stringing rackets at major tennis events. Currently he is at Roland Garros.

Did anyone else catch Chris Fowler and Brad Gilbert talking about Rafa's specs during the Rafa/Fognini match in Miami? Fowler was going on about Rafa playing with a 300 gram racquet until fairly recently. Is this just a case of opening his mouth and saying the first thing that comes into his head? Or a directive from Babolat to spread disinfomation?

I didn't get to see this match unfortunately, but I can tell you that in this case, they were mistaken. Rafa has always been on the lighter end of the spectrum as far as weight goes, but he has never been at 300 grams. He does experiment with weight from time to time, but is not usually more than 2-3 grams in either direction.
