Nadal's English is getting good.

I just noticed a huge improvement in his spoken English, even at AO he was having trouble understanding Jim Courier on-court, and now in his interviews he seems to speak very well.

Why the sudden improvement?

If that's true its interesting that a top tennis player would take the time for that kind of stuff. Usually they're busy training and doing other stuff, not many "learn" much while on tour traveling.

Actually I've noticed the same thing. Larger vocabulary, a little more expressive, seems to be using slightly more clever phrasing at times.

I've also noticed this has coincided with some more "outspoken" sounding opinions.

yeah i also have noticed an improvement in his english; has more sass to it now, which is a good thing
