They both would have been moral victors but it would have made for an awkward section of the draw so that fedr’s section still has nine victors...the eight winners and Nagal, the ultimate moral victor by taking the first set.

I liked Nagal's composure and attitude against Fed. He's on a plane to Genoa, Italy to play a Challenger on clay there next week. McEnroe was saying he thinks he will be top 100 by this time next year, that would be nice for Sumit. If he could have 1/4 the career of his countryman, Vijay Amritraj, he'll be doing well.
