NB Wide Width Shoe

I need to replace my NB MC804W with another NB wide shoe that's available in 2E width. All the NB shoes seem to have MC in the name and mine stood for motion control which I need as I'm an over-pronater. Are all the NB tennis shoes motion control now?

The requirements are that it have a wide toe box because I have a Roman shaped foot. Majority of people have the pointy Egyptian shaped foot. Illustration is attached below. I also need it to be made for a slightly low to low arch.

I'm also wanting something that's lightweight, breathable, comfortable, and low to the ground. I don't care about durability as I only play once a week and I'm not obese and aren't going to prematurely wear it out.

I just bought the NB 1006 in 2E about a month ago. I had been wearing the NB 806 in D. Not sure if it is MC. But it is very light, extremely breathable and extremely comfortable. Low to the ground? Lower than the 804. Toe box? Wouldn't say wide. Arch is low. So not everything on your list. May need to design your own shoe to get that.

I believe the MC in the New Balance name is for Men's Court. The women's New Balance shoes are WC for Women's Court.

I tried on the NB 1006 and it feels pretty good, but I can't seem to find my size. The store I went to had a size 10 2E and 10.5 2E. The 10 2E fit good length wise, but was too narrow. The 10.5 2E fit good width wise, but length was too long.

Would the 10 4E be the size to get? The store doesn't carry 4E widths and I've never needed to wear 4E before. I have a Roman foot, and it's only wide in the forefoot and midfoot. My rearfoot is probably a D and I'm afraid the 10 4E would have a loose fitting ankle. What other models should I look at? It would need to be a model that has more room in the toebox than the 1006.

Should excess toe room be avoided because it can cause toenail bruising? Does the NB 1006 stretch out easily after being broken in and will it stretch in length, width or both? I heard pros wear a half size down for some reason. Is foot movement inside the shoe bad? I know it can cause blisters, but playing with cramped toes doesn't sound healthy.

Maybe try the 1296 in wide? The 996 V3 2E is not a great shoe at all, so I wouldn't bother trying that one if you were considering it.
