I do not expect much intelligence from these guys as they usually have 0 education but a wise person would only express how he had felt. Sitting entire season is only his fault. He should have known better. That also shows how stupid he is. Don't get me wrong, I still think he is Top 5 player in this league and I wish him well.
I feel like the Warriors pressured him to play.

All 5 of these guys had the offense run through them. They all played in the last 20 years. Only one needed “load management” in their age 28 season. Another fun fact: that player has two games this week and is sitting out one. What a joke. I never want to hear someone call this soft clown the best in the world again

What a joke to have to sit two of his first eight! And to rest against the MVP who has actually started the season on a record clip...27/14/7/1/1 on 61% shooting. That’s just chikkinshit!

The fact that he’s sitting out the marquee matchup against Giannis means he’s giving the finger to the NBA. Unprofessional and disgraceful. If you really need to sit, sit out the second game of the btb against Portland instead.

Fumblebrook rebounded from a -46 in Miami (10/4/6 with 7 Sara Lees) to a +41 (18/8/6 with just 3 fumbles) in the Rockets red glare win over toothless GSW. I guess the game off vs Memphis in between gave him enough time to think about his job.

Philadelphia loses their second in a row on the road trip out West. Surprising Phoenix (5-2) beat them Monday and Utah closes out a close one tonight in SLC, 106-104. Simmons hurt his shoulder (AC joint)...no word yet how severe.

In Tragic news, Orlando finally scores a C but still manage to loose in Dallas,106-107. They did end Doncic’s trip-dub streak at two, “holding” him to 27/7/7.

I keep wondering if 538’s new advanced analytics player-based plus/minus model is somehow seeing something Vegas is missing. It predicted the Rockets roster would finish 5 games better than any other team this year.

A blind man can see the Rockets don’t play defense well or often enough to be even a game better than the rest.

With a stacked WC, best record will most likely come from top dog in the EC. The Bucks would be my pick with Giannis grabbing a second straight MVP. Tonight he became the first EVER to go 200/100/50 in his first 8 games. He was UUUGGGEEE in the win at The Clip Joint (38/16/9).

Last year was fun and for some reason, I feel like it's gonna be real boring this year. Part of the reason is the state of GSW I guess and that LA teams are expected to dominate.

Porzingis doesn't look good enough to carry his team along with my fun guy Luka but it's a bit early after the long injury period.

Who else or team is exciting in this NBA? I am not thrilled to watch LeBron and Kawhi going at each other's throat. Booker/Rubio duo seem fun to watch.

No love for the Celtics?

They have started nicely, 6-1 total and 2-1 vs projected playoff teams but their front court is not big or deep with Horford’s departure. I’m not sure how their predominantly all-wing core will hold up in the postseason.

Imagine losing in OT despite this stat line:

52/9/5/3/2.

Coming off 3 games missed due to a sprained ankle and missing two key teammates on the third youngest team in the association and on the road, D’Angelo Russell had a career game but came up short on a trey at the regulation buzzer and then six points shy in OT. Timberwolves 135 GSW 129.

Imagine losing at home despite this line

60/4/5 2 turnovers on 16/33 shooting 15/15 from the line and 7/16 from 3

Just another day at the office for Dame Dolla. Tempted to throw some money on him for mvp depending on the odds. Solid darkhorse bet imo

538 has him as top player this year by their new WAR stat that’s mostly plus/minus based.

And I notice he was +4 last night in game they lost by 5, in part because they do not have a backup point guard in their current rotation according to the box score.

I watched the end of that Nets-Blazers game. Dame had 50 with 7 mins left in the game. Kyrie decided to switch onto him and did a respectable job. Dame still had 50 by the time it became a 10 pt lead with 2 mins left. Dame had no interest in guarding up on Kyrie and of course K had his way. Kyrie >>>>>>> Dame

Also, Knicks nation we can't give up on Frank. He is the difference maker when he's on. Give him the keys Fizdale you idiot. He could be Conley... or something like him. His great defense was the reason they beat Donkey and Unicorn.

Only crushing loss for Boston is losing Horford. He was vital to stop Greek Freak/Embiid. Without that, I'm not sure we can survive series in playoffs.

But the team is so much more fun to watch this year. The atmosphere is so much looser. Kemba is the perfect replacement for Kyrie. Tatum/Brown play so much better without Irving hanging over their heads. Smart looks really good this year too.

Just a fun team.

How long is Hayward out? Any word yet?

Y'all can diss Kawhi all you want for being "soft" but come next April he'll likely do his thing and quite possibly laugh all the way to the bank again. FYI he's the only ATG I know of whose (career) postseason #s actually go UP vs. his regular-season ones. Almost everyone else's stats suffer some sort of a drop-off - even MJ's and Kobe's remained more or less the same - and while it's still fairly early into his career I've no doubt Kawhi will end up at worst as one of the best playoff performers ever.

So you get to be labeled all sorts of things in the regular season and then excel in the money season, or you overextend yourself early despite your instincts and medical advice only to underperform in the playoffs. I know which option I'd take.

Nothing yet. Such a damn shame he’s another guy beasting it without Kyrie there

Apparently it's not that serious, thank gawd:

Watched the Cavs/Knicks pre-game and Austin Carr mentioned the Knicks are starting 4-4s. That Ole' D was in full effect last nite. Lay-up drill for the Cavs'guards all nite long,

34/6/9 from Doncic is not enough as Porzingis continue to struggle. He can't post up and finish against Marcus Smart lol what a joke!
Doncic averaging 28/10/9 PER 29.87 fourth in the league

Rondo dipped his toe in the water with only 14 minutes of action: 7 dimes, 6 boards, and 5 pts. With two legit point guards for first time this season (King + Rondo), Lakers had 39 assists, most by the team in over a decade.

Remember this guy once averaged a triple-double for an entire playoff series and once came within a few minutes away from an NBA title as the best player on his team. He’s really good when he is healthy and actually cares. Is Playoff Rondo back?

Son Austin turns on opposing coach dad Doc in a sorry ending with loads of bad calls and technicals that took a tight contest and turned it into a laugher Rocket win over visiting LAC.
