Load management by the best NBA team for their MVP didn’t hurt much as the Bucks crushed visiting Washington 151-131 behind Chris Middleton’s 51/10/6 career night.
Zion has his minutes restriction lifted and goes for a 14/9 line in 29 minutes as NOP wins in a visit to the Cadaver Cave, 125-111.
Memphis continues their defense of the #8 slot with a home win vs Denver, current #4 in the West, 104-96. Morant was decent not great (14/6/7 with 3 swipes) but their youngster Dillon Brooks garnered his third straight 20 plus points game and eighth in the last 10 games. Not bad for a 2R pick who lost most of last year to a big toe injury.

Nasty NYK/Memphis melee over a needless trey attempt by Grizz Jae Crowder while leading big time in the last minute.
Another big night for Dillon Brooks and Morant went 18/10 dimes with zero TOs.
The return of Victor O in Indianapolis was a dramatic success as he hit a late trey to force the OT and eventual 115-106 win vs Chicago. Oladipo played limited minutes off the bench and finished with 9 points but the clutch trey was beautiful to see!

They started the season very slowly but had a surge before Zion was ready. Ingram has been great and Ball is now balling. Holiday, Redick and Favors give them veteran experience.
Tonight’s crushing of #8 Memphis was big but they have a lot of teams to jump for a playoff spot.

Milwaukee gives up 40 in the third quarter to visiting Denver and that was enough to secure a 127-115 win for the Nuggets. Just the 7th loss for the Bucks. Nine Nuggets played and every one of them had a double digit scoring night. Michael Porter Jr had a 15/11 dub dub as did Jokic with a 15/10/9. Will Barton had a 24/7/8 night as Denver now continues into a third week without Jamal Murray.

To add some more context to this Denver had 7 players available last night. One was a two way player and the other a rookie who had like 5 mins of playing time. It was also the second night of a back to back and 5th game in 7 days. Definitely one of the most impressive performances I’ve ever seen.
